The Bird Book in B-flat

A debut EP

Here is a picture of five of my favorite bird. Also five songs written mostly in B-flat major which mention birds, which I recorded with my phone. I guess you could say the first four are children’s songs.

Hat

I started this song on a first date in which my date and I agreed to try and write a song together. I finished it by myself because she didn’t want to finish it, much less go on a second date.

Rain

I was in high school and I didn’t want to study for my final exams so I wrote this. Later I changed the key and rearranged it to fit the concept of the EP.

Pelican

Inspired by true events.

Lullaby

One night I stayed up late writing a lullaby.

Gorky Park

Based on a romantic evening boat ride on the Moscow River. I used a few words phrases generated by Chat-GPT to write the first verse or two, which I think will probably be part of my songwriting process from now on.
